We had the pleasure of having Deauna as our son’s tutor for the past 8 weeks. She has been such a blessing. Her positive attitude, big smile on her face, and pure joy in teaching radiates in every session. You can tell she truly loves teaching!

I love seeing how my son’s confidence has grown rapidly in the past 8 weeks. After reading a story he smiles ear to ear from the improvements he has made. He is now excelling in his class. When Parker is in a tutor session I can hear him laughing out loud and really enjoying learning. Deauna makes it fun to learn! We are beyond thankful for Deauna and all she has done to help our son.

Remarkable Readers helped Skyler so much. I would recommend to anyone who feels their child is struggling with even beginning letters and sounds. She went from never wanting to do homework, to actually enjoying it. The confidence level improved so much, which built less frustration and an actual joy to beginning to read. It was so worth it and would recommend to anyone who is struggling. Building a strong reader is basically the academic foundation needed to succeed!

“Landon is REALLY enjoying Mrs. Christy. He has been so excited to tell me about his sessions and to come home and Read the books they pick out each week!!!”

Eight weeks doesn’t sound that long, but eight weeks can change so many things.

My daughter, age 7 in 2nd grade, while not struggling with reading when we signed her up, has improved so much. While her reading level improved and she can read higher level books, I feel the most beneficial thing she gained is confidence. She is a more confident reader.

The concepts that Mrs. Jamerson covered around plot, main character, supporting characters, and setting allowed her to more easily pick out those when reading; whether it’s a passage, a short story, or a chapter book.

She loves to read something, then come and tell her dad and I everything that happened in the story.

Thank you, Mrs. Jamerson for your program.
